1210 is a co-working office offering three different work zones. As you progress through the renovated warehouse the level of privacy increases from lounge, to hot desk, to rented office spaces. The lounge includes a serpentine-esque seating area that allows for large group gatherings and conferences. The hot desk area has no assigned seating, but is covered by a shear fabric system that raises and lowers to diffuse light coming from the skylight above. The upper level offices tuck away filled with a hammock-ridden loft respite.
